The conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) has displaced more than 100,000 people, forcing them to flee their homes and resettle in unfamiliar environments with limited resources. Many of these displaced individuals, especially young adults and women, face significant barriers in finding employment due to language barriers and a lack of vocational training.
